Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within the processing estimate shown by the store. Personalized, embroidered or supplier-confirmed items may require additional preparation time when clearly stated.

Estimated delivery

Delivery estimates are displayed before checkout and may vary by product, destination, carrier and fulfillment location. Orders containing several products can arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Tracking is provided when available. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delayed or missing packages

Check the delivery property, household members, neighbors, building staff and the carrier first. Contact EveUniforms if the package remains missing so we can review the available delivery information.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge is displayed before payment is completed.
